No, not only is the consultation free but you do not have to pay for our legal services for the duration of your personal injury case. Your retainer will include what is called a contingency agreement. We are only paid when you settle your case. A percentage of your settlement will be set aside to pay for your legal fee. The percentage ranges from 15% to 33% of the total settlement depending on the type of your case. If for some reason you do not recover on a settlement, you do not have to pay a legal fee.
